All people who receive Jesus Christ as their Savior are encouraged to find a church home where they can worship and live their faith in Christian stewardship and service.

Immanuel Lutheran Church in Freeport, Illinois, is a Christian congregation where individuals can meet these goals. We know that our local congregation is not "perfect," even as no visible church on earth is perfect, but we pray that our congregation can help all who become a part of it, to be fed spiritually and to serve the Lord with gladness.

To that end, the people of our church have banded together for mission and ministry and we invite others to join us in this fellowship.

Paul writes, "I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought."
