PICNIC:
Tuesday, September
9, at the Krape Park Kids’ Castle Pavillion, the Parent-Teacher League is
sponsoring a back-to-school picnic. Gather at 5:30, for a 6:00 “Pot
Luck” meal. Bring a dish to pass and your own table service.
Beverages will be served free. Meet other families and enjoy the evening.
HELP WANTED:
Immanuel Lutheran School has openings for several positions as the school
year begins. A part-time assistant
cook (school days, 10 AM until 2 PM), cafeteria monitor (school days, 11 AM
until 1 PM plus bookkeeping duties), afternoon teacher aide, part-time janitor,
and part-time art teacher (Monday mornings, BA with teacher certification
preferred). Contact the school office at 815.232.3511 for an application and
additional information.
ULTIMATE
FRISBEE:
The sun is out…the weather is warm…come out and enjoy a time of fellowship
and games. It’s Ultimate Frisbee…starting Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and it’s
intended for all ages!!!
